Responsibilities:
- Actively source and recruit CDL drivers for our logistics company.
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on company requirements.
- Communicate with drivers regarding job offers, onboarding, and company policies.
- Maintain and manage driver documents, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Handle negotiations with drivers and resolve any recruitment-related concerns.
- Work closely with the Safety Department and operations teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Provide updates and reports on recruitment progress.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
- Capable of making quick decisions with minimal risks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- No prior experience required – we provide training.
- No experience required.
- Schedule: 6/1, Main Shift 18:00 - 03:00 (Uzbekistan Time).
- Location: Office-based position (no remote work).
