Network Operations Supervisor

Job Qualification

➖Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related.
➖Experience: at least 3 years working experience in network operation or related field.
➖Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
➖Skills: market analysis, project management and training coordination ability.
➖Knowledge: In-depth understanding of channel management and operation process.
➖Computer skills: proficient in CRM system, office software and design tools.

Job Responsibility

➖Responsible for implementing the annual channel development plan and ensuring the realization of the annual network development goals.
➖Participate in the formulation and upgrading of channel development standards, channel construction process, and acceptance work.
➖Monitor channel single point energy sales, conduct break-even analysis, and propose improvement measures.
➖Organized channel satisfaction survey, analyzed data and formulated improvement strategies.
➖Assist in the management of channel sales training and product training to improve the performance of channel operators.
➖Manage the channel store material support work, including design, production, shipping, acceptance, verification, etc.
