Procurement Specialist

We have partners with leading companies specializing in the production and supply of electrical equipments, such as CHINT, STATE GRID, NR, Xian XD, Astor, Europower, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and others. These companies have excellent reputations in the energy industry and offer a wide range of transformers and other various products.
Due to our increasing workload, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new suppliers and products, including opportunities to optimize product costs.
• Monitor manufacturer markets, product ranges, and conduct price analysis.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct procurement activities according to company needs.
• Control the procurement schedule and ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee settlements with suppliers, track payments.
• Manage logistics (rail, road transport), analyze and optimize logistics schemes.
• Undertake business trips, conduct negotiations, and optimize procurement terms.
• Prepare, sign, and manage contracts.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of international exhibitions.
• Verify accounting and shipping documentation.
• Input supply information into the system.
• Coordinate delivery dates with suppliers.
• Manage orders from shipment to arrival at the warehouse, communicate with carriers and brokers, maintain necessary documentation.
• Monitor compliance with obligations to suppliers.

• Higher education or secondary specialized education.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the entire logistics chain.
• Ability to work with sales contracts.
• Knowledge of pricing methods and strategies.
• Ability to analyze markets and conduct market research.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
