We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Trucking Recruiter to join our overseas office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Job Description:
As a Trucking Recruiter at Safeway Logistics, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified company drivers and owner-operators to meet the company’s needs. You will play a key role in driving the success of our operations by ensuring that we bring in the best talent to support our growing fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source and recruit company drivers and owner-operators through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and determine fit for specific roles.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork, background checks, and training are completed efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with drivers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, while addressing any concerns or questions that arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with operational needs.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive hiring practices to ensure Safeway Logistics attracts top-tier talent.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting for the trucking or transportation industry, particularly with company drivers and owner-operators.
• Strong understanding of driver qualifications, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
