Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly to event enquiries, processing bookings and payments, managing CRM records, providing an exceptional customer service experience • Staff the Front of House reception area to ensure exceptional client and guest welcome and experience • Assist with coordinating client feedback, evaluation and analysis process and contribute to implementing improvements • Maintain positive, regular and proactive communications with venue clients pre, during and postevent, aiming for repeat business
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation and represent the Society in a professional manner at all times. • To provide general support for the Events function as required.Undertake all responsibilities with reference to Society procedures • Undertake any reasonable duties as requested by Line Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements: Hospitality experience as Sales & Events Executive
Event planning and coordination,
Set up meetings with potential clients
Reviewing sales performance
Customer relationship management
