Responsibilities:
- Monthly budget;
- Monthly reports;
- Monitoring over debts;
- Daily approval;
- Setting limits on sale of goods;
- Monitoring over import contracts and scheduling payment;
- Coordinating the transactions with external partners (suppliers, service providers, media company);
- Cash flows analysis and control;
- Tax liabilities and fulfilment;
- Quarterly P&L;
- Controlling selling prices and CIP from supplier (providing the accurate calculation);
- Control over marketing project costs and analysis of purposely and timely resource allocation;
- Preparing a daily report for higher management;
- Control over purchase of material goods;Such as stationaries, appliances etc. (CAPEX);
- Control over transportation expenses;
- Variation analysis of operating, admin and distribution expenses;
- Overall communicating all requirements and guidelines and full compliance with company's protocols and local state regulations;
- Development and implementation of financial strategies;
- Coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry);
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Fixed working schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
