Responsibilities:
  • Personnel Evaluation and Development Manager
    Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate and approve staff evaluation and appraisal strategy
    Annual planning of personnel assessment, attestation and post-training testing activities
  • Development of input and regular assessment of the company's personnel, development of assessment tools
  • Organization and implementation of regular assessment activities (360, assessment center, axiology, other) for managers and specialists, preparation of feedback forms based on assessment results
  • Development/updating of regulatory documents on personnel evaluation and training
  • Conducting tests based on the results of training
    Formation of career plan models
  • Organization, participation in the development and control over the implementation of individual development programs for employees
  • Maintaining reports (analytics, statistics) on evaluation activities conducted
  • Planning of expenses for personnel evaluation and attestation and control of budget execution
  • Development and implementation of assessment activities in accordance with business requirements
  • Development of competency models and profiles for key categories of personnel
  • Determination of approaches and implementation of programs for focus groups of personnel: corporate-wide executive development program, development of production managers, development program for new managers
  • Managing a team of certified experts;
  • Conducting in-person and remote assessment of managers and specialists
  • Continuous improvement of assessment tools and internal process;
  • Development of high-potential employees, implementation of the succession program;
  • Participation in the organization of strategic sessions of NGMK JSC
    Requirements:
  • Higher education (management, HR management - advantages)
  • Relevant experience in assessment of managers and specialists from 5 years; managerial experience from 3 years;
  • Deep expertise in the theory, methodology and modern tools of personnel assessment;
  • Experience in independent development of competency model, job profiles, scenarios of assessment procedures, cases (will be an advantage);
  • Experience in process automation, knowledge and mastery of various personnel assessment tools (psychometric tests and questionnaires, 360 assessment, competency-based interviews, assessment center);
  • Love for ambitious tasks and desire to contribute to the development of the company and the country;
  • Experience in interacting with senior executives;
  • Presentation skills, excellent organizational skills, strong leadership skills, high level of emotional intelligence, proactivity, positive thinking;
  • Knowledge of graphic editors, confident user of MS office package
    MS office;
  • Knowledge of languages -English(fluent), Russian (fluent), Uzbek (fluent);
  • Organizational skills, communication skills, competent oral and written speech, writing skills English(fluent) (Russian and Uzbek)
Terms:
  • 5/2 schedule, 9 am to 6 pm;
