Key Responsibilities
As part of our sales team, you will:
Conduct phone calls to qualify leads and identify new business opportunities.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present the value proposition of our products and services.
Organize and lead online product presentations, tailored to client needs.
Focus on achieving a high conversion rate, ensuring clients are well-informed and ready to close deals.
Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, presentation details, and outcomes in our CRM system.
What We Offer
Competitive salary, with a fixed component of $500 plus performance-based bonuses (full details will be shared during the interview).
Flexible working hours: Work according to American EST (19:00-03:00 Tashkent time), Monday to Friday.
No specific educational requirements.
Social package: Currently under development.
Probation period: 2-3 months.
Who We Are Looking For
At least 1 year of sales experience.
Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
