Overview & Responsibilities

At ENCOMPASS, the Junior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in both the pre-project proposal phase and the active project implementation phase, ensuring our collaborations with clients and stakeholders.

Proposal Preparation:

  1. Scout and engage partner companies for joint project applications, and adapt their profiles and references to align with specific tender requirements.
  2. Seek out and enlist project experts, customizing their CVs to fit the tender's specifications.
  3. Assist in drafting comprehensive project methodologies.
  4. Collaborate with teams to create cohesive and competitive technical and financial proposals.

Project Implementation:

  1. Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  2. Prepare essential project documents, including letters, reports, and other relevant materials.
  3. Organize and manage events such as trainings, conferences, and workshops.
  4. Facilitate expert travels to regions, ensuring their activities are well-organized and their needs met.
  5. Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and regional partners.​​​​​​​

Requirements for Junior Project Coordinator

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in project coordination or management is a plus but not essential.
  3. Familiarity with international financial institutions and their project requirements is desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
  3. Ability to handle large volumes of diverse information.
  4. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  5. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
  6. Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all responsibilities.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.

Terms & Conditions

  2. Working Hours: Full-time position from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
