KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
- Dealing with loading instruction processes and checking transportation documents for smooth logistics operations.
- Preparing and sending tracing reports to main customers upon request.
- Control vehicle stock and prepare inventory reports.
- Communicating with Customs Vendors to arrange the customs clearance of new vehicles. Preparing all documents for customs clearance
- Update all vehicle logistics related information in timely manner and distribute to related parties.
- Processing all logistics related paperwork with customers and suppliers.
- Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly logistics reports.
- Coordination with sales team for order execution and dispatches.
- Coordination with dealers and customers for the payments.
- Communicate and work closely with other departments.
- Filing of all vehicle sales/ logistics related documentation.
- Following up with dealers on all outstanding documentation and payments & tasks.
- Preparation/updating of contracts related to logistics operations area.
- Answering calls and emails of dealers and other vendors.
- Receiving/checking/inputting vehicle receiving reports and transport damages reimbursement procedure.
- ERP system input for all department related documents.
- General Administration.
- Support Division colleagues with work upon request. Other tasks requested by Management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work on own initiative as a member of the team
- Friendly disposition; personality as important as having the ability to do the job
- Good skill to use Microsoft excel and data management on it.
- Basic English and Good Russian verbal and written skills
- Experience of system data input
- Previous experience of accounting area will be an advantage
- Graduate with approx. 2 years of work experience
