We specialize in the production of:
- dry construction and plaster mixes;
- minerals (calcium carbonate).

We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager of Building Materials to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand, Nurabad district. You will oversee our dry mix products and drive product innovation, market positioning, and customer satisfaction.

What will be your tasks:

• Ensure technical competence and proper application of our products both within the company and externally;
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry plans;
• Work alongside the sales team to create compelling sales tools, training materials, and product presentations;
• Support the definition and implementation of product strategy;
• Partner with the marketing team to design impactful marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product launch events;
• Engage with customers, industry experts, and stakeholders to collect feedback, identify pain points, and drive continuous product improvement.
