Обязанности:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in French.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Proficiency in French (verbal and written) at a C1 level or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
