- Operation of "YOKOGAWA CONTROL SYSTEM” during commissioning activity. - Overall Supervision of Subcontractor's instrument construction and Pre-commissioning works. - Make a schedule with commissioning team the plant start-up and shutdown activities - Loop test (from field to DCS and ESD signals). - Maintenance, calibration of measuring devices and Mass spectrometer, Infrared analyzing system. - Regeneration Cation Resin of analyzers. - Troubleshooting of malfunctioning control instrument and false signals. - Responsible to progress of Instrument commissioning activities. - Inspect construction work/activities as per Standards SNIP, IEC, ISO & Procedures as well as with applicable international standards. - Inspection for instrument installation, instrument calibration, cable termination, tubing installation, Continuity & IR Test, functional test & loop test, stroking test for control and on-off valves, popping test for PSV (pressure safety valves), etc. - Assisting Project QA/QC Manager to manage a field document control system for construction drawings, specifications, test and inspection reports, vendor data and as-built drawings. - E&I Inspection against raised RFIs for Modular Buildings, LER (Local Equipment Room), LCR (Local Control Room), - Check & monitor progress/approval reports status daily, weekly and monthly, track storing, loading and delivery to the project site. - Installation of Panels (Power & Control), System Cabinets, Instruments - Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls, and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections. - Inspection of Fire and gas system Gas detector, flame detector, Heat detector, Smoke detector, manual alarm call point, warning beacon, etc. - Checking P&I diagrams along with isometric drawings; ensuring adherence to ISO quality standards and documentation. - Reviewed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), Single Line Diagram, Interconnection diagrams, Cable list, Mark-up drawings, location plans, cable routing layout, instrument device installation, process pneumatic hook-up, loop diagram, segment diagrams, wiring diagram, prepared by instrument designers. - Inspection of EX equipment installation in hazardous area and non-hazardous area. - Inspection of documentation as per ITP.

- Serve high-voltage and low voltage air lines, transformers up to 10 kV, wiring works, to check the performance of one or three-phase electric motors, electrical devices control and decreasing power drop. - Installation of EHV/HV/LV Switchgear, Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer, Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Capacitor Bank & Power & Distribution Transformers, MCC, Distribution boards, UPS & Battery system, earthing system, lighting. - Preventative maintenance work at HV/LV equipment of substations 35/6/0,4 kV and distribution systems (35/6/0,4 kV ) - Switching operation work at HV/LV equipment of substations 35/6/0,4 kV and distribution systems (35/6/0,4 kV). - Inspection of junction box, motor control center, power control center, local control panel, HV/LV Bus duct, small power, Normal and Emergency lighting system, Distribution board, Electrical heater, MOV, welding socket, Thermostats. - Inspection of Power and distribution Transformer (11kV, 6.6kV, 3.3kV, 440V, 400V, 230V). - Design and test high-voltage Transmission lines and equipment, Develop and implement maintenance programs for Transmission equipment. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
