I’m in hospitality industry 8 years with years of experience in Marketing & Sales and Front Office. Until recently, I am the Brand Manager of Aster Hotel Group. I use customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events. Last 3 years of my work, Aster Hotel Group had awarded several nominations, we are Best Design Hotel of 2018 according to Travel and Hospitality, Boutique Hotel of the year 2019-2020. Hotel was involved in Saint Petersburg Hospitality forum and represented Uzbekistan in ITB Berlin. Also was involved “Developing Hospitality” in Kyrgizstan which was held by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. I led front desk as a manager for Marriott St Louis Grand, during my work in Marriott , i have successfully passed Marriott SPIRIT trainings.(Recommendation letter and certificates on request) On my work place i focused on supervising all front office personnel and ensuring proper completion of all front office duties. Directing and coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. I was preparing monthly reports and budget for front office department. Colleagues know me as a highly creative leader who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I have a bachelor from Uzbek State World Languages University and had passed several trainings on Time Management, Public Speaking, Marketing for Entrepreneurs and Eco-Management.(Certificates on request) Past 4 years Aster Hotel Group was my passion, my life and people are my family.
