Currently, at Coscom PLC, I am leading the revenue assurance project. As the Revenue Assurance expert, I am responsible for identifying areas of improvement in company revenues and margins by implementing data analytics, machine learning/AI tools written in SaS BI, Python and Oracle and Postgre SQL. Through analysis and creation of new audits and reports, I am ensuring accurate billing to customers and optimal costs from vendors.

Joined as a consultant with deep expertise in conducting empirical research, stress tests and scenario analysis on investigations the impacts of opening goods and service markets of Uzbekistan to the domestic producers.

As a financial analyst, I started to pore over data to identify opportunities or evaluate outcomes for business decisions and investment recommendations. Developed and proposed methods for hedging our foreign exchange risks before the devaluation of UZS against reserve fiat currencies including USD and EUR.

As a management consultant, I have been serving as focal points for regular working contacts, exchange of information and data deemed helpful in facilitation of the accession, provide local country and sphere specific expertise and share/ learn new knowledge relevant to the WTO accession. The accession negotiations on GATS have been accelerated and immense progress has been achieved towards its conclusion since my involvement to the process. In that process, I focused on financial services and with specialists from Central Bank and Ministry of Finance I developed in-depth analysis of current conditions of country’s financial markets to form negotiating positions. Over the 100+ market research projects with regression, classification and scenario-analysis had been performed to estimate the possible effects of opening markets in national industries. Also, I developed and implemented a capacity building program for employers of ministries by inviting world class experts/instructors in respective fields that significantly improved the technical knowledge of Uzbek negotiating team.

As a consultant of this division, I participated in the negotiations with WTO members including Canada, the US, EU, Thailand, Russia, China, and the Republic of Korea. Following intensive negotiations, by performing empirical investigations and utilizing them as arguments in the negotiation process, I succeeded in renegotiating the severe requests of partner countries and developed acceptable offers for both sides. In that period the main achievement was the significant improvements of stalled positions with the US, EU and Canada.

Participated in the largest organization restructuring project inside of the Republic, assessed and calculated the likelihood of the existing financial and operational risks in coming split of the company. In the auditing process of one of the clients (bank), I determined the gross accounting error that led to overestimation of assets which we corrected. The determination of this error helped us to accelerate the process significantly.

Implemented decisions by top management based on the statistical modelling for risk calculation and prediction developed by me helped to reduce the bad-scenario cases and allowed the company to increase the revenue. The company caught a healthier track in performance and started fulfilling its promises for both clients and staff. The cases with issues of recovering the claims and employee compensation almost had been solved.
