Acting as a Tender secretary during the tender Ensure that all procurement is aligned with applicable Procurement Procedure and Procurement Process.

1. Drafting bidding documentation and conducting tenders on equipment procurement. 2. Making proposals on Tendering methods and lists of potential contractors. 3. Participate in work of commercial evaluation teams. 4. Reviewing and evaluation of corresponding contract drafts, as well as participation in negotiations. 5. Preparation of related documentation, required for conducting Tender Committee meetings. 6. Management of Procurement processes, registration of corresponding contracts with authorized bodies. 7. Monitoring of contract conditions fulfillment. 8. Fulfillment of corresponding instructions of Procurement control department Manager. 9. Constant improvement of knowledge and qualification through participation in different workshops and courses agreed by the Company Management.
