Coordinate all of Electrical Construction Activity: Preparation Method Statement for Electrical Equipment installation, Grounding and lightning, Cable pulling, Lighting and small power system, Heat Tracing, etc. 2. Coordinate all of Electrical Pre- Commissioning Activity: Preparation Check list for Site Acceptance Tests, Motor Solo Run test etc.  Grounding and lightning protection system: - Installation of grounding wire and ground rod; - Installation of grounding pit and earth bus bar; - Installation of lighting mast and rods protection substations, buildings and tanks. - Grounding resistance and continuity test;  Lighting and small power system; - Installation of lighting fixture (high pressure sodium lamp, fluorescent, flood type); - Installation of socket outlet; - Installation of lighting and small power panel; - Cable continuity IR test and termination; - Lighting illumination test; - Trip test of circuit breakers of lighting.  Electrical heat tracing system: - Installation of junction boxes for heat tracing system; - Installation of self-regulated heating cable; - Installation of main panel for heat tracing system - Cable termination of heat tracing & cable resistance test after insulation;  AC & DC UPS system; - Installation of battery and battery rack; - Installation of MCCB for battery; - UPS panel installation; - Cable laying, termination, continuity and IR test; - Site acceptance test for UPS system AC, DC; «Schneider electric» Malaysia  Power transformers and accessories: - Installation of main transformer 35/6 kV 25 MVA; «Hyosung» China - Assembly accessories of Power Transformer: Radiator, HV and LV Bushing, LCS etc - Site Acceptance Test for Power Transformer 35/6 kV: IR Test, Winding resistance Test etc. - Site Acceptance Test for Power Transformer 6/0.4 kV, 2500 KVA; - Installation of 6 KV Bus duct; - High voltage test of 6 KV Bus duct; - Contact resistance and IR test of 6 KV Bus duct; - Installation of 0.4 KV Bus duct; - Contact resistance and IR test of 0.4 KV Bus duct; - Installation of Neutral Grounding Resistor (NGR); - Site Acceptance Test for NGR;  MV and LV SWGR: «ABB» China - Installation of MW and LV Switchboard; - Checking Switchboard Level; - Checking Primary Connection and Copper Work; - Checking Primary Bolt Connections and Torque; - Measure Bus-bar Contact Resistance; - Connection Inter-wiring - Checking AC/DC Control Power. - Site Acceptance Test for Switchboard: - Mechanical Operation and Interlock Test. - Current Transformer Test; - Voltage Transformer Test; - Electrical Functionality and Interlock Test; - Insulation resistance test; - Power frequency voltage withstand test  MV and LV Motor: Installation of local control station for electrical motor; - LCS Functional test; - Motor winding resistance and IR test; (Digital Mega meter) - Motor Solo Run Rest: • Measuring Motor current (Clamp meter) • Measuring vibration of Motor NDE and DE; (Vibro-meter) • Measuring of Motor speed; (Tachometer) • Measuring of Motor bearing degree; (Infrared Thermometer) • Measuring of Motor noise; (Noise meter)
