Preparation of periodical information on engineering and schedule matters of ongoing Projects to Local Government Agencies, ADB etc. Checking and Controlling submitted IPAs (Interim Payment Applications) by Constructors and IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) by Engineering Companies. Reviewing claims on Contract Conditions, Variation orders.

Construction in Oil and Gas Industry (EPC, Construction, TSS) Manage activities of personnel engaged in procurement and materials management. In Procurement - preparing purchase orders, responding to customer and supplier inquiries, reviewing requisition orders to verify accuracy, specifications and terminology, and comparing prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers, preparing, maintaining and reviewing purchasing files, report price lists, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, approving bills for payment, monitor contractor performance, calculating the cost of orders, charging or forwarding invoices to the appropriate accounts.In Material control - Oversee on delivering, receiving, stocking of free issue materials according to Kentz’s and Client’s (Tengizchevroil) procedures. Working on Field material requests, Materials receiving, OSD reports. Implementation of the PaMMS (Kentz’sProcurement and Materials Management System) and Materials management and Procurement Procedure in new project. Training new employees on WMS, MMS, PMS etc.
