- Ensuring the conduct of BID studies according to the instructions of the Chief of the Department. - Ensuring the implementation of plans for conducting BID studies in a timely manner. - Search for suppliers / manufacturers, explore new proposals from suppliers / manufacturers, and prepare to guide informed proposals for attracting new suppliers / producers. - Formation of lists of potential suppliers / manufacturers on the received groups of goods for development (vendor-list). - Formation and execution of preliminary competitive lists, entering for approval through the system of 1C-procurement, with the justification of the technical and commercial proposal of suppliers as the best based on BID evaluation. - Reflection of all received commercial offers according to the request, ensuring the reliability of information entered into competitive lists and memos, availability of official commercial offers from potential suppliers / producers, ensuring confidentiality of the information received. - Study received from potential suppliers / producers, documentation on purchased material and technical resources. - Execution of individual business assignments of the head of the Group, Head of the Procurement Department within the scope of his competence, as well as performance of other duties stipulated by the Company's local regulations.

Development of regulatory documentation (technical regulations, instructions and regulatory technical documents); participation in its approval by concerned parties, issuance of procedural documents and submitting them for approval in due course. Worked in AutoCAD; Have considerable experience in developing technological drawings in electronic format Conducted compliance assessment of process regulations for compliance with the applicable requirements Participated in the formation of informative checklists operating in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of regulations in the field of standardization, certification, metrology, technical security, general production feature Participated in the improvement of integrated quality management system according to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18000
