Responsibilities: * Preparing necessary documents and taking required permission from Governmental Agencies; Organizing Export Procedure of Polymer products from initial stages in UGCC (``Surgil Project'' - Ustyurt Gas Chemical Complex) which is one of the biggest investment projects in with the budget of more than 4.8 mlrd. USD; Preparing Sales Plan and its performance until receiving the Payment from Buyers; * To carry on negotiations and correspondence with Partners and Buyers; * Making a Sales contracts and control its performance; * Controlling bank operation regarding the LC payments and payments for all outputs of UGCC Plant; * Analyzing polymers market in the world and observe ICIS Prices; * Record of statistical information about performed works, news, market changes and price fluctuations; * Forecast future price changes in polymers market by past recorded data and last market analysis; * Settle up Sales Prices for polymer products for each month; Instruct Production Team regarding the grades that should be produced in next month depending on forecasted Demand of clients; * Controlling Custom clearance process; Organization and control transportation processes and shipment volumes by sales regions; * Prepare daily, monthly, yearly reports about performed works.
