Starting with setting objectives to execution, I supervised more than 30 projects, obtaining excellent skills in project management. Critical thinking and open-mindedness allow me to elevate the project and successfully reach its goals. For instance, one of my first projects was "AJTWebinar" (2018), whereby I organized 12 successful webinars with invited speakers on a range of topics, involving more than 400 people. Further, I have been working in a team throughout my whole career, so I possess exceptional teamwork and leadership skills. Working with kids, teenagers, and parents for six years in more than ten countries, I have gained superb inter-age communication with a deep understanding of various cultural customs and attitudes. Moreover, I took a plethora of courses on child counseling that included child psychology, development, and behavior. In addition, I have been operating online for almost two years, organizing online camps, programs, lectures, and training for teenagers across the FSU. On top of that, I remotely worked as an English tutor which allowed me to perfect my presentation and teaching skills. Finally, I'm not afraid of unknown tasks, keen on analyzing and solving problems with incredible creative thinking and strong motivation.
