Providing technical support to construction team for all works at height and scaffolding operations. Prepare Risk Assessments for critical jobs or jobs in critical locations in order to reduce risks and hazards. Prepare Method Statements for critical jobs or jobs in critical locations in order to maintain a Safe System of Work.. To determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection and access. To inspect scaffolds and scaffold components for visible defects before each shift and after any occurrence which could affect the structural integrity and to authorize prompt corrective actions. I ensure that work team participates in task based Tool Box Talks (TBT’s) prior to job commencement to identify hazards inherent to the job task and mitigate measures towards eliminating hazards before the job commencement. To ensure that all activity’s as regards erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolds are carried out safely in line with company objectives Inspection and certifying of scaffolds erected on project site Ensure strict compliance to work permit requirements for confined space entry, commissioning entry and live plant operations

Attend and conduct TBT; Monitor site activities for compliance with PTW system; Monitor site activities for compliance with Safe Work Procedures; Conduct weekly HSE inspections; Assist supervisors with Risk Assessment; Inspect Safety equipment and report on all deficiencies; Assist with accident / incident investigations and compilation of complete reports in a timely manner; To maintain and produce HSE statistics; Update current HSE Cases as the operational risks are changed,

Implementation of Golden rules of BP in the workplace HSE site inspections (power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, PPE, housekeeping, lifting operations, vehicles and plant machinery etc) Determining the risks arising from hazard before start of any activity and during the activity Preventive and corrective action of non conformity and reporting Filling of B.O.S.S and S.O.C cards Conducting daily reports Controlling of daily toolbox talks and to highlight the mistakes missed before Carrying out gas testing and control of condition of confined space Conducting Permit to Work audits To participate in an incident investigation as a team member
