- Support CEO on strategic planning and decision-making. - Management of the finance and accounting team. - Subsidiary budgeting and forecasting management. - Subsidiary financial report and cash flow management. - Establish and manage subsidiary internal control and compliance systems. - Subsidiary external financial and tax risks management. - Build and develop subsidiary relationship with external authorities, partners and shareholders.

- Lead BFC team (work as BFC in 2011 and lead BFC team as of 2012). - Financial review of sales contracts and provide solution to SDT team in presales stage. - Support CFO to control currency exchange business on equipment sales and collection from local customers. - Work and keep relation with local tax, statistic, Bank and other government authorities. - Ensure the internal and external compliance on Subsidiary financial activity. - Finance department management. - Support to manage finance team of subsidiaries in Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan

- Work and keep relation with local tax, statistic and other government authorities. - Prepare company financial statements for external and internal users - Prepare all tax and obligatory payment reports. - Check payroll tax calculation before submission to Tax office. - Check statistic reports before submission to Statistic offices.

- Tax consulting, maintain accounts of tax and obligatory payments. - Prepare tax forecasts and tax analysis report. - Prepare financial statistic reports. - Work and keep relation with various state offices (Ministry of the finance, Ministry of justice, Tax and Customs Committees).

- Maintain accounts of Fixed assets including sales and marketing equipments, vehicles, production and electronic equipments; - Maintain accounts of all Spare parts of company; - Verify the customs clearance documents upon equipments and SP imported; - Stock taking of company assets and inventories base on internal and external requirements; - Sales management of wasted production materials and fixed assets written-off.

- Maintain account of empty bottles returned by customers; - Prepare daily reports on bottles returned and reconcile with reports from central warehouse; - Maintain accounts of products in warehouse; - Prepare quarterly act of reconciliation with customers.
