1. Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead a team of QA engineers. Ensure the professional growth and development of the team, conducting 1:1 meetings. Assist in resolving complex technical issues. 2. Test Strategy Development: Create and implement best practices for testing. Define test approaches for different projects, including automation, manual testing, performance testing, etc. Ensure standardization of testing at various levels (unit tests, integration tests, system tests, etc.). 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, DevOps, and other teams to integrate testing processes. Participate in sprint planning and task allocation for the QA team. 4. Product Quality Control: Manage quality risks and ensure a high level of product reliability. Define metrics and KPIs for assessing quality. Analyze and report on product quality to upper management. 5. Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize current testing processes. Introduce new technologies and approaches to improve the efficiency of the QA team.
