Responsible for coordination of logistics arrangements to support the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Biological Treat Reduction Program (BTRP) operations in Uzbekistan as well as the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) projects overseas, which involved processing invitation and visa documentation for the project staff as well as representatives of the US Government and the Government of Uzbekistan; arrangement of domestic and international transportation and accommodation; coordinating transport movements / schedules for drivers, airport & customs assistance; organization of joint project meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops, which involved arrangement of conference halls, conference and interpretation equipment, simultaneous interpretation, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners, as well as coordination of shipments of conference materials to/from multiple overseas destinations.

- Responsible for organizing safety plan of the Embassy and Embassy staff - Proactively identified and develop security best practice. - Responsible for access control to the Embassy compound and residences. - Managed security trainings for the Embassy staff: fire drills, emergency evacuation trainings. - Supervised workmen and cleaners in restricted areas of the Embassy. - Responsible for issuance of passes and logs the details of visitors and vehicles that entered within the Embassy compound. - Supervised security guards and in conjunction with the Security Management Team delivered required trainings. - Supervised and arranged maintenance of security fences, gates and other barriers, liaising with estates team - to implement upgrades
