Kazakhstan, Tengiz Oil Field, CHEVRON Oil Megaproject “Orken Village”, with capital investment of $ 36.8 B. - Ensure compliances with storage, preservation and protection requirements of all equipment and construction materials, spares, instruments, etc at site including warehouse; - Review of vendor specific preservation procedure and requirements of equipment and materials, and ensure implementation; - Review the preservation records and inspect equipment and materials to ensure that preservation maintenance is perform to the approved standards during construction and commissioning phase; - Carry out Gap analysis, identify supplier weaknesses in preservation plans and propose corrective action; - Supervision the execution of preservation activities; - Prepare, maintain and control Tools and Consumables required for preservation activities; - Participate and lead risk assessments and toolbox talks. - Responsible for day to day planning, scheduling, and implementation of all required preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on AGIP KCO MARINE SUPPLY BASE Infrastructure and buildings as offices, accommodation, kitchen, food storage facilities and etc. This include maintenance of HVAC, Fire fighting system and signalization, Sewage Treatment Unit, Fuel Distribution and Storage System, Water Treatment Plant, 10 kV power line and related equipments, 400V power distribution, and standby power generation; - In charge of 80 men crew contents of Supervisors, planners, electricians, instrumental technicians, mechanics, plumbers, handy men, painters and other civil workers; - Maintenance of all dedicated Mobile, Fixed Plants and Equipments including company’s leased vehicles (Mobile generators, compressors, pumps, fixed High Voltage Generator, Over Head Cranes); - Maintenance of Oily Water Treatment Plant, and related facilities, and equipments established on nearby location; - Plan purchasing materials, and spare parts required, same as min / max stock level monitor and update; - Planning and reporting using CMMS, Maintenance Management Computerized System, responsible to extract all details required to create Weekly, Monthly, 6 Months and Annual reports related to issued, closed and pending Work Orders, planned and actually spend work hours, equipment failure type and functional unit availability; - Together with HSE Officer responsible for Safety aspect of all activities focused on HSE golden rules, compliance with 12 Agip Safety Golden Rules. Achievements: - Manage Maintenance Team for the successful installation, commissioning and startup of DAF Unit, in a record time of 6 months, what brings company safe of money in transportation and manpower; - Improvement of company Equipment Database EMB(CMMS) (Equipment Maintenance Bautino), introducing missing equipment data, as photos, TAG numbers, breakdown dates, etc. This allow the company effortlessly Track Maintenance Related Cost, reduce OH&S Incidents.
