• Strategic sourcing in regional contract execution in the country and drive implementation of local agreements • Initiate and coordinate tendering process with all parties involved for projects both during bid negotiation and execution phases • Define and control communication flows and contents between projects team and suppliers • Manage achievement of all project milestones • Manage the day-to-day business relationship with the key suppliers and partners through direct supporting activities including ordering, communication of demand / volume / delivery time as well as changes, issue resolution, on time feedbacks and follow-ups • Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure continuity of goods and services that meet the quality service and price performance standards of the company • Ensures timely sign off of all suppliers contracts • Liaise with all departments to ensure that all relevant business needs have been considered and supplier quotes reflect these requirements • Conduct effective order placement and expedite in a timely manner according to PepsiCo standard processes • Work closely with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of respective purchasing/payment documents and tasks • Cost benchmarking and eventual negotiation with suppliers
