Conducting visual inspection of equipment and materials with photo and checking against Packing List after unpacking concerning OSD (overage, shortage, damage) at Contractor’s warehouse. Signing all Act of acceptance materials by Owner side. Monitoring of compliance with procedures by the EPC contractor. Close communication with EPC contractor’s Procurement and Logistic departments. Preparation summary report and presentation on Project shipment status for equipment and materials based on EPC contractor data PSR (Procurement Schedule Report), VPR (Vendor Progress Report) and others.

Conducting visual inspection with photo and inspection against Packing List after unpacking concerning OSD (overage, shortage, damage) at Customs Bonded Area and at Contractor’s warehouse. Preparation Summary Analysis Report on Project procured materials and equipment based on EPC contractor data.

Receiving in advance information on upcoming cargo (equipment, electrical, instrument, mechanical, piping) from freight forwarder companies, make preparation plan for unloading place, manpower and transport facility, receiving and unloading cargo at Custom Bonded Area or if its oversize and heavy cargo unloading direct at construction site with approval of Customs, conducting visual inspection with photo, video and conducting inspection against Packing List after unpacking concerning OSD (overage, shortage, damage) together with Customs officer and Custom Broker, inviting transportation representative in case of detection damage during transportation for further reclamation and insurance, preservation materials according to company packing procedure, transferring materials from Bonded Area to our own Warehouse or Laydown Yard after custom clearance done, documentation and filing all cargo shipping documents (CMR, Invoice, Packing List and etc.) according to company procedure, updating materials status in computer database in Excel, issuing materials by disciplines according to Company’s procedure and preparing hand over act to our sub-contractors signing by both parties, periodically conducting inventory, preparing surplus materials hand over act to Owner at the end of project, executing all works according to HSE rules, close communication with Logistic and Procurement departments, Customs, Custom Brokers, Transportation Companies.

Development B2B departments, increasing sale and revenue, working with dealers and distributors, merchandising pharmacy, monitoring debtor payments, making reports according to company procedure.
