I am fluent in English and have almost advanced level computer skills (starting from MS Office up to writing simple codes in Python). My previous work experience is as following: general English teacher at A+ Edu Center, junior programmer at NCD and marketing manager at Tashkent Plast Polimer. Having experience in different kinds of fields such as the BPO industry, media, sales and creatives, I can confidently say that I am up for any task requested of me. I am excellent in handling irate customers aside from thoroughly handling their concerns. I have received a number of good comments from customers as well as from my team managers and team leads for my optimistic and excellent performance. That being said, I can be very versatile and can think quickly and critically when faced with unusual situations. I am also very flexible when it comes to working hours as I will commit myself 100% to this job.
