• Main: DAT, FEDEX, UPS, USPS, WALMART, DHL, JBH, AMAZON • Load boards: BEON, JBH 360, Navisphere, Uber freight, Arrive, Pink Panthers, Emerge, Werner, etc.. • Brokers: NTG, ITS, Ch Robinson, Freedom, Syfan, UTXL, PAM, Transfix, Traffix, XPO, Covenant, Us Xpress, Landstar etc... • Able to work well independently being a team player • Knowledge of DOT regulations • Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven, stressful environment • Booking loads from brokers via telephone or email or group chat • Creating load schedules and details • Providing reporting/updating on anything that is not a "perfect" delivery such as, late, cross drop, spill, incorrect product or gallons • Entering loads in load monitoring software (TMS) • 4 years of experience in US freight logistics • Strong basic computer skills such as Word and Excel • Ability to work more than 50 hours per week, regular evening and weekend work and on call as needed • Ability to preform well under pressure, establishing priorities to meet deadlines • Execution of all transportation related tasks including client estimates, production of bills of lading, scheduling, and cultivation of client relationships • As issues arise, takes appropriate action • Assure compliance with DOT rules related to drivers
