- Prepare an annual Business Plan of the Bank (analysis of financial statements for Revenue, Expenses, Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss, conducting trend and time series analysis through extrapolation of historical information, and close work with senior management across different business units (Treasury, Credit, Trade Finance, Money Circulation and Visa) to forecast financial results and budgeting of operating expenses); - Prepare a quarterly performance report to the Management Board and business units (detailed analysis of actual financial performance against the Business Plan to identify anomalies or trends); - Prepare a monthly Profit Contribution report (research of the databases of the Bank for the analysis of corporate customers and profit they contribute to the Bank); - Make a stress test report (stress testing of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss and scenario analysis); - Work closely with Risk Management Department to assist in the implementation of the Basel III (gradual increase in minimal total regulatory capital requirements from 10% to 14.5% by 2019 and gradual increase of minimal Tier-1 capital requirements from 5% to 11% (including capital conservation buffer of 3%) by 2019).

- Prepared a monthly Profit Contribution report (research of the databases of the Bank for the analysis of corporate customers and profit they contribute to the Bank); - Made a stress test report (stress testing of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss and scenario analysis); - Made a research and analysis of new banking products and services implemented by local and foreign banks and financial institutions; - Prepared a proposal to implement new banking products and services; - Took part in the Task Force Team for the integration of the business model of former NB RBS Uzbekistan into KDB Bank Uzbekistan (Business and IT Systems Integration Phase II).
