The Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all change requests are processed in accordance with company requirements, the established management of change process is administered and that all required documentation is prepared for risk analysis sessions and closeouts for all field based activities and engineering projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Champion the MOC process for the Operations Team ensuring program requirements are met prior to approving MOC. * Coordinates the MOC process for Production Operations and Facility Engineering & Construction (FEC) through the electronic workflow. * Collects necessary documentation in preparation of hazard reviews and ensures that necessary datasets are complete. * Informs and advises Asset Integrity Team Leader of MOC process status and any non-conformance with the MOC procedure and process work flow. * Maintains the MOC database for the specific assigned field location. * Conducts routine system and physical reviews to ensure compliance with the MOC program and completeness of all MOC process materials. Participate in Safety Instruction team revision and in relevant training programs. Advise and support activities of Pre Start Safety Revuiw (Process Safety Start-Up Review) Coordinators on production facilities and contractors with regard to Safety Instruction proper application.

• Assumes full responsibility for specific scopes of work and activities such as structural steel, material certificates, electrical materials, etc. • Analyses problems, investigates and provides solutions to complicated issues related to material management. • Assists the Material Systems Coordinator in monitoring work activities and providing training to MatMan Technicians. • MatMan updates to reflect packing list information • Data input of material receipts to produce MRR’s (Material Receiving Reports) and OS&D’s (Overage, shortage & Damage Reports). • Process information to produce Picking Tickets for material issues to Contractors. • Create FMR’s (Field Material Requests) • Update and adjust system inventory • Access Proarc (electronic filing system) to print Purchase Order information • Run MatMan reports to support Project needs. • Provide support to resolve system material queries.
