to exercise control of observance of existing rules and safety rules, corporate Standards in the field of Health Safety Environment , application of means of protection from dangerous and harmful production factors; - together with other divisions of Society carries out work on certification and certification of workplaces and the production equipment on compliance to requirements of labor protection; - to participate in development of actions for the prevention of occupational diseases and industrial accidents, on improvement of working conditions and finishing them to requirements of regulations for labor protection; - to develop and revises instructions on Health Safety Environment ; - to carry out inductions on labor protection with all again employed, sent, the pupils and students who arrived to inservice training or practice (drawing up orders about training, registration in magazines of induction, filling of certificates); - participates in carrying out training, examination of workers on labor protection (drawing up protocols of examination, appraisal sheets); - to participate in investigation of cases of operational injuries, occupational and the production caused diseases, studies their reasons; - makes the reporting in all higher bodies of supervision, prepares reports on the arriving information, letters in common with services and departments of Society in the established forms and in the corresponding terms; - to participate in development of actions for elimination the revealed violations on objects of society by the inspecting services of the Customer and supervisory authorities. - to prepare the drafts of orders concerning supervision of Health Safety Environment

- participation in conducting technological process of workover, in installation and dismantle of lifting installations, in a preparatory work on carrying out workover; - supervision over parameters of operation of flushing pumps, over circulating system and its cleaning of slime; - suspension bracket machine and installation of automatic keys; participation in check and carrying out greasing of the equipment and tool; participation in works on equipment and re-equipment of hoist system. - analysis and design of development of gas-condensate fields of Shurtan and Ustyurt regions; - justification and a choice of system of development, volumes of the extracted gas, regulation of process of operation of fields; - choice and justification of a technological operating mode of wells; - calculation of the main technological indicators of development of hydrocarbons; - choice of system of an arrangement, order and sequence of drilling and commissioning of wells; - author's control of development of fields; - carrying out scientific researches in the direction of perfection of methods of the analysis and design of development of fields of hydrocarbons; - assessment of reserves of gas of gas-condensate fields by method of material balance; - work with materials of the state balance of reserves of hydrocarbons, including the account and the analysis of current state reserves of hydrocarbons

- collecting, systematization, analysis and generalization of geological field materials; - learning of methods of gas-hydrodynamic researches of wells and processing of their results at the stationary and non-stationary modes of a filtration of gas; - learning of gas-condensate fields on a gas-condensate characteristics; - recommendations about the program the exploration of works on the fields developed and prepared for operation, including placement the exploration of wells with recommendations about a complex of geophysical and hydrodynamic investigations
