- Leading Transformation of Recruitment Process at the bank: o reviewing the existing SOW for the whole HR process of the bank and give necessary recommendations to the Vendor on automated transformative system development; o development of Recruitment Steps for SAP automation System, testing the new automated system and piloting it in the recruitment system - Development and leading direct recruitment system at the bank: o opening bank profile in online platforms, linkedin, hh.uz, telegram channels, bank official websites and provision of regular vacancies update. - Lead & implement the recruitment process in 4 directions: o transformation team recruitment (under service agreement, mainly IT and software personnel); o Finance transformation team recruitment o direct personnel recruitment for the bank: identifying and hiring personnel for “Farmer’s school”, hiring personnel to all internal bank departments through competitive recruitment process o recruitment of expatriate for the open positions from CIS and Europe - Preparing vacancy announcements for necessary positions, announcement of vacancies, interviewing and selection process. - Other HR related task as per requirements: documentation, collaboration with marketing teams on improving branding of bank and etc.
