As a part of B2O international team located in HQ Moscow responsible for data transit routes development to further provide transit capacity / IP transit (Internet). Managing new international border crossing deployment and existing ones development. Close cooperation with network team, legal, procurement, international partners / clients. Key achievements: • Leading global and strategic project "South Transit" of new Internet diversity. - Business case(~10MUSD CAPEX and 18MUSD revenue) development and approval at CEO/CxO level - Driving the project and cross-functional team of legal, tax, technology, finance, B2O - Negotiation with international partners on terms of technology, commerce and agreement signature - Tracking the construstion of new DWDM route and 50km of optic cable - Regular reporing to CxO/VPs on project execution • Leading strategical project of backbone optical cable redundancy to provide protected services. - Business case development and potential assessment to implement redundancy of DWDM route - Negitiations with Operator on pricing ~100km long-term (IRU) cable rental terms - Driving the project and cross-functional team of technology, procurement and logistics • Leading the assesment of new cross-border interconnection with international Operators from China, Mongolia, Abkhazia, Ukraine and Pakistan. - Business case development and potential assessment - New DWDM&IPBB capacity and optics counstruction analysis/development - Negotiation with international Operators • Business development in Uzbekistan to launch Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) - Building relations and negotiations with Uzbek fixed Operators - Alignment on agreement terms and conditions - First International Operator providing DIA in Uzbekistan to Intartational Clients/Enterprises

- Covers 7 countries within Business Unit Eurasia: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan - The Vendor Value Stream within the Performance Transformation focuses on reducing the OPEX of all outsourced (subcontracted) work and optimize its value for the Vimpelcom business and end customers; - Work closely with the Network planning, Network Operations, IT Applications, IT Infrastructure and Customer Care experts as well as the procurement and legal departments on both local (OpCo) and global level; - Review all relevant contracts and make a clear and concise summary of contract scope, risks, financials and terms & conditions; - Define clear and actionable recommendations (that are aligned with all local and global stakeholders) towards the Management on how to reduce OPEX and optimize value for the reviewed contracts; - Create a periodical management report towards senior management on status, progress and potential savings;
