 Managing construction scheduling, planning, reporting, cost and document control, and quantity surveying;  Executing of project plan;  Analyzing project progress reports and critical path, identifying problem areas, delay reasons and developing recovery plan;  Resources (manpower and equipment) management;  Coordination of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams;  Interface management between Client, PMC and Subcontractors. Project Overall: Nitric Acid Production Plant at Navoi Project is a turnkey basis EPC Project. Owner Navoiazot JSC, Contractor and Licenser CASALE SA. The plant production is 500 thousand tons of nitric acid. Project scope: nitric acid production and storage, cooling water tower, water treatment and boiler units and offsite utilities.

 Ensure the works execution within the UI&O Project as per the approved action plan;  Managing of scheduling, planning and project control teams;  Prepare contractual attachments to the EPC-Contract;  Develop, analysis and approve the detailed (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) schedule jointly with other departments;  Determine and approve the target cost of facilities within the assigned subproject jointly with other departments;  Resources (manpower and equipment) management;  Coordination of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project control, cost control, document control, contract and risk management teams,  Analyzing project progress reports and critical path, identifying problem areas, delay reasons and developing recovery plan Project Overall: Construction of Amursky Gas Processing Plant Project (EPC) is the largest gas processing facility in Russia and one of the biggest in the world. It will serve as an essential link in the process chain of natural gas supplies to China via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline. The plant will have a processing capacity of 42 billion cubic metres (bcm) of gas per year, Helium production up to 60 million cubic meters per year, Ethane production around 2.5 million tons per year, Propane production around 1 million tons per year, Butane production around 500,000 tons per year, Pentane-hexane fraction production around 200,000 tons per year. Plant’s area: 800 hectares.

Project scope: 13 wells, 48 km gas pipelines, gas gathering station, cluster site, 5 valve stations, expansion of 2 UPPG manifold, 16.4 km motor roads, 1 bridge, 34 km FOL, 35 km OHL-10 kV, communication and security systems.

I am responsible for realizing and control of 3 projects: Early Gas Kandym Project (EPCm), BCS Adamtash Project (EPCm) and External Water Supply of Big Gissar fields (PCm). Responsibilities:  Coordination and management of group activities.  Development of detail schedules (Level 4&5) for EPCC contracts.  Developing and monitoring of project planning, control & execution procedures.  Control and analysis of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.  Preparing earned value based weekly progress reports, including schedule updates, cost performance reports, earned value S-curves, trend analysis, and planned vs. actual reports.  Supporting site construction supervisors to create detail construction schedules.  Analyzing project progress reports, and identifying problem areas, delay reasons and developing measures to eliminate backlog.  Analyzing critical path.  Expedite, review and approve subcontractor’s schedules, to ensure plans are realistic and achievable and their incorporation into Master Schedule  Developing manpower and equipment mobilization plan, resource management Projects Overall:: 1. Kandym Early Gas project scope is a turnkey engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of facilities for early gas stage of Kandym group of fields and northern part of Shady section, first start-up complex. Owner Lukoil Uzbekistan Operating Company, Contractor Hyundai Engineering Co. and ENTER Engineering Pte. Ltd. Project consist of 2 pcs preliminary gas processing units with infrastructure, 21 wells, 59 km gas flowlines, 21 km of gas and test header, 78 km gas pipeline, 23 km fuel gas pipeline, gas gathering station, water intake facility, 170 km motor roads, 7 bridges, 256 km FOL, 187 km OHL-10 kV & 35kV, SS-35 kV, reconstruction of SS-110/35/10 kV and condensate drain station. Production capacity is 2.5 BCM/year. Project was finished and gas produced from both sites on time as per contract requirements. 2. BCS Adamtash Project (EPCC) is part of Big Gissar project - Turnkey engineering, procurement, construction of facilities for development of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Djarkuduk-Yangi Qizilcha. Project realizes under Production Sharing Agreement in relation to South-West Gissar and Usturt region fields in Uzbekistan. The Project “Procurement and Construction for External water and fuel gas supply of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Djarkuduk-Yangi Qizilcha and Reconstruction of water supply system of Dehkanabad Potash Fertilizer Plant” is part of Big Gissar Project. Project realizes under Production Sharing Agreement in relation to South-West Gissar and Usturt region fields in Uzbekistan.  Implementation of process control systems;  Implementation of an automated control and accounting of gas system at gas distribution stations and metering units;  Coordination of the project “Introduction process control and technological communication system in gas transportation system (SCADA)”, 79 million $.  Development of technical requirements for engineering of PCS, technological communication system (FOL, radio-relay link, TETRA, automatic telephone system), video surveillance and data transmission system.  Development of technical requirements for implementation of information systems;  Guiding, installation and commissioning of gas meters connection to an automated control and accounting of gas system;  Provision of information security;  Reporting; Completed Projects: 1. The concept and feasibility analysis for creation of automated control and accounting system in gas transportation and distribution system.

 Introduction of new technical solutions into production operation, such as automatic process control systems, energy efficiency technologies, gas pipeline repair and maintenance techniques and equipment, technologies aimed to rational use of natural gas;  Coordination and realization of perspective strategic projects on modernization, technical re-equipping of gas transportation system objects, including investment projects;  Coordination and realization of innovative projects, concepts and technologies;  Development of business plans, concepts, feasibility analysis, technical requirements and industry-specific regulatory documents;  Realization and coordination of projects in the gas sector of Central Asia, carried out within the cooperation between EU-Uzbekistan;  Assessment of the risks and rewards associated with investing or financing of CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) Projects, preparation of projects for financing and implementation;  Organization and recordation of scientific-technical and production meetings and negotiations;  Control of activities on preparation of gas transportation and distribution system objects for the winter period;  Management and coordination of project team on development and implementation of QMS according to ISO 9001:2008. Development of quality management system;  Reporting and preparation of presentation for approving of projects in government authorities; Completed Projects: 1. Technologies and methodologies for reducing gas losses of the Central Asian gas transit system, 1.49 million €. 2. Harmonization of gas technical standards and practices in Central Asia, 1.35 million €. 3. Reducing of non-technical gas losses in gas transportation and distribution system within the Support to Energy Market Integration and Sustainable Energy in the NIS (SEMISE) Project, 5.76 million €. 4. Enhancement of environmental protection measures in the oil/gas industry of Central Asia (EPMOGI), 2.65 million €. 5. The program of development, modernization and technical re-equipping of gas transport system for 2010-2020 was developed, 1.4 billion $. 6. Energy efficiency program for 2012-2014 was developed, 2.0 million $. 7. Implemented a mobile laboratory for the detection of gas leaks. 8. A business plan for “Equipping of auxiliary engines of gas compressor units with low-voltage frequency motor speed controllers” Project was developed and approved, 1.5 million $. 9. A business plan for “Reducing of gas losses in the repair of gas pipelines through the introduction of a mobile compressor station” Project was developed and approved, 2.0 million $. 10. Development of concepts for LNG Production in Uzbekistan 11. The program and feasibility analysis for “Construction of a network of CNG stations in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was developed and approved, 40 million $.
