Provide leadership to Agents, Supervisors and others, to achieve consistently high quality services to our customers. Ensure smooth aircraft handling within airline standards and operating procedures. Maintain and keep updated all manuals and work instructions, ensure material order and supply. Support, motivate and mentor others, specifically new starters. Ensure `real time deployment of team members at designated area, and that they adhere to the safety and security standards of the company. Dispose monthly duty roster for the staff. Supervise check-in and aircraft handling process for Lufthansa flights and coordinate work issues with service provider.

Freighter Flight operations, Loading and unloading of aircrafts. Weight and balance and flight documents. Preparing the load, palletizing, manifesting, acceptance, DGR handling. Opening new stations in Almaty, Astana and Krasnoyarsk. Dealing with local service providers for maintaining Lufthansa standards in freight operation. Maintain office related administrative works, duty roster, update work manuals and instructions. Monitor required qualifications and trainings.
