- Study and analyze the design and estimate documentation for the completeness and quality of the project in terms of custom specifications, if necessary, make comments. - Select from the projects of goods and materials in the scope of the Customer's supply, draw up picking lists for construction projects. Monitor the execution of supply contracts, analyze the actual implementation and implementation of corrective measures in case of failure to comply with the deadlines for the execution of contracts. - Carry out incoming inspection of equipment and materials and control with the timely preparation of acts and filing complaints and claims against manufacturers and suppliers regarding the quality and completeness of equipment, the availability of accompanying documentation, the compliance of purchased materials and equipment with design solutions. - Monitor the rational use of building materials by the Contractor. - Monitor the delivery schedule. - Provide weekly data on the progress of deliveries to the immediate supervisor. - Analyze schedules for placing orders, acceptance from suppliers and transfer to installation. - Control schedules for placing orders, manufacturing, deliveries, acceptance from suppliers and transfer to installation. - Control/supervise the timely delivery of materials and equipment by the Contractor. - Participate in the acceptance (including stage by stage - during manufacture) of equipment and materials. - Control the compliance of purchased materials and equipment with design solutions. - Check the compliance of technological schemes, installation drawings, pipeline lists, cable magazines, in terms of comparing the quantity and assortment required by the technology with custom project specifications for equipment, pipelines, shut-off and control valves, devices, products, materials, etc. - Carry out incoming inspection of equipment and materials with the preparation of acts, including, but not limited to: a) control of the accompanying documentation (presence of the necessary seals, signatures, dates, conclusion on the suitability of the equipment for use with the necessary warranty period, certificates of conformity, etc.), certifying the quality and completeness of the equipment, the availability of the necessary operational documentation; b) checking the availability and completeness of equipment and materials, their external examination, reconciliation of numbers, brands, designations with accompanying documentation. 1.1. Control the correctness of warehousing, transportation, loading and unloading and other operations with materials and equipment carried out by the Equipment Supplier. 1.2. Control the complete set of construction objects, taking into account the installation schedule and design specifications. 1.3. Participate in commissions on the part of the Customer for the rejection of non-conforming equipment and materials, drawing up acts and complaints about non-compliance. 1.4. Control the conformity of warehousing, transportation, loading and unloading and other operations with materials and equipment requiring special handling (compressor equipment, etc.). 1.5. Participate, together with the Department for the conclusion and administration of contracts, in the preparation of procurement documentation for the organization of procurement procedures and the subsequent conclusion of contracts with suppliers. 1.6. Participate in the preparation of draft contracts, tender documentation for design, supply of equipment and materials, and performance of construction and installation works, including turnkey EPC contracts. 1.7. Participate in the technical and commercial evaluation of tender proposals, preparation of technical and commercial evaluation reports, draft protocols of the procurement commission. 1.8. Administer concluded contracts, maintain contract correspondence, control changes, prepare additional agreements, settle claims, close contracts, prepare reports on the status of contracts. 1.9. Control the reporting, placement of orders and timely delivery of goods and materials by contractors for the construction of the Facilities in accordance with the terms of the contracts for the project. 1.10. Keep records of the Department for placing orders and deliveries of goods and materials by the Contractors for the construction of the Facilities, in accordance with the terms of the contracts. 1.11. Control the intended use of the supplied inventory and materials by contractors for the construction of facilities in accordance with the terms of the contract.

My job duties were as follows: -Monitoring of cargo route prior it’s arrival to site; -Material & equipment separation and transportation to site after Custom clearance procedure; -Сheking of shipments before incoming inspection control with owner side to avoid any discrepancies with project specs. -Incoming inspection implementation; -Support to prepare incoming inspection acts; -Material organization in the warehouse by their ID codes and specifications; -Handover spare parts and accessories to customer as per contract specification; -To support other departments to find, issue and recieve required materials from the stock; -Keeping material issue reports and material handover certificates; -Inventory control; -As-built documentation and material used acts preparation and submission to owner side and customs department; -Keeping and handover all as-built documentations, technical passports and user manuals;
