To ensure the safety of household equipment, its restoration and replenishment, as well as the observance of cleanliness in the premises and in the adjacent territories. 13. Manage the work of the service personnel. 14. Ensure that employees comply with the rules of safety and labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire safety requirements. 15. Prepare the premises for the autumn-winter operation mode. 16. Notify the management of the Company about the need to suspend any work, if the performance of these works may entail irrational use and unjustified loss of funds and property of the Company, the occurrence of dangerous conditions for the life and health of employees of the Company. 17. Provide reports on the work performed to the management of the Enterprise. 18. To manage and organize the entire production process to create safe working conditions in all areas of the economic department. 19. The duties include: - accept, post and register visiting employees and visitors to the company in accordance with the established procedure - compile reports on the number of people living in accordance with the company's rules - translate into English documentation related to the functioning of shift camp and the work of staff - work in programs foreseen for accounting and reporting in the enterprise - receive phone calls, redirect the arising inquiries to the relevant responsible persons; - accept complaints and requests for repairs from residents and visitors of the town; - introduction of a register of documents for the functioning of the town; - filling in and passing the time-sheets to the supervisor of the town; - regulation of accommodation according to the schedule of shifts - reconciliation manpower - Introduction of business correspondence by corporate mail; - providing information on the request of the above leadership.
