I was responsible for carrying out daily tasks, such as giving orders to employees and watching how they are carrying out their tasks to achieve a productive work every day.

While I worked in KFC store in Dorset area, UK, I was responsible for recruiting people for available positions within the store, making a weekly rota for staff members, ordering a stock to smoothly run the business, closely interacting with customers and fulfilling their needs. Apart from these, I was responsible for clerical tasks in the store office, for example, daily cashing up and banking, sending out daily and weekly reports, filling up the staff documents. And one more thing, me and my team were responsible for opening a new store in Ferndown, UK and we successfully achieved that with my team and the sales grew up steadily as we kept working there with a high motivation within my store.
