• Initiated and delivering financial reporting transformation service for a holding group, improved consolidation workflows, M&A and valuation practice; • Coordinating annual auditing processes with "Big Four" firms; • Supervising the implementation of ERP system for finance and accounting units; • Building of financial models for monitoring the company’s consolidated forecasts, debt covenants and projects’ returns; • Preparing financial data for rating agencies and participate in obtaining the international rating.

• Successfully managed transformation program for improving financial reporting and management and corporate Governance Action Plan to the largest leading copper and gold production company, with assets US$2B+ in order to conduct a successful IPO in 2023 in accordance with the Presidential Decree; • Co-led the Group’s new ERP process for accounting and purchasing units. The 6-month process involved gathering information and discussing operational issues with all departments and business units, setting the goals with senior management and getting approval from trust management firm; • Contributed to various knowledge efforts in the field of finance, accounting and audit.

• Lead teams on priority level clients within banking and telecom industries (publicly-traded, internationally backed and privately-held engagements); Managed audit clients representing 38% of office revenue; Maintained communication with international teams from CIS countries; Core clients include PromstroyBank, Uzbektelecom, Qishloq Qurilish Bank, East telecom, Turonbank, Infin Bank and Ipak Yuli Bank; • Lead engagement of the first ever prospectus of Eurobonds in Uzbekistan (“tick-and-tie” procedure and comfort letter), worked directly with Deloitte UK and Deloitte CIS top expert teams; • IFRS 9 implementation consulting project in 10 Banks of Uzbekistan - NBU, UzPSB, InfinBank, TuronBank, Qishloq Qurilish Bank, Orient Finance Bank, Ipoteka Bank, Kapital Bank, Xalq Bank, Asia Alliance Bank); • Core member of the IFRS 9 team, responsible for reviewing and performing sensitivity check of clients IFRS 9 calculations. Conducted trainings on IFRS 9 financial instruments, regarding the IFRS and the calculations; • Orchestrated risk mitigation activities for financial service clients, reducing risk state of internal processes; direct audit quality for Uzbekistan, ensuring that all engagements comply with quality, and time milestones; • The Deloitte CIS Partners recognition letter for the contribution for FY18 and FY19; Achieved High Performance Ratings (Exceeded Expectations for 2 consecutive years).
