53 Group ("EMPTY TRL" MCHJ) is the outsourced back office for American trucking companies — built and run from Tashkent.

Our clients are carriers and owner-operators across all 50 U.S. states. They own the trucks; we run everything around them. Four service lines under one roof:

• Dispatch — our dispatchers source loads, negotiate rates with brokers, and handle the paperwork so drivers keep rolling.
• Fleet Service — preventive maintenance, 24/7 breakdown coordination, and a vetted nationwide network of repair shops.
• Truck & Trailer — 53-ft dry vans, reefers, flatbeds and Freightliner tractors leased to carriers with no down payment.
• Recruiting — sourcing, screening and hiring CDL-A drivers for our clients' fleets.

What it's like to work here

American trucking never stops, so neither do we. Our operations team works in three shifts — Main, After Hours and Night — covering every U.S. time zone. A breakdown at 3 AM gets the same response as one at 3 PM. All work is in English, with American clients, on American processes.

You don't need trucking experience — we train from zero. What matters is confident English, clear thinking under pressure, and the willingness to own a problem until it's solved. Most of our dispatchers, coordinators and recruiters joined with no logistics background and grew into specialists within their first year.
